We've doubled our solar energy.

At Delta Garments, sustainability is more than just a trend—it’s a responsibility. That’s why we’re proud to share a major milestone in our journey toward cleaner energy. Over the past year, we have successfully increased our solar energy usage from 20% to over 40% of our total electricity consumption. This achievement marks a significant step forward in our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.

How We Did It
1. Expanding Our Solar Infrastructure

We invested in state-of-the-art solar panels, expanding our solar power capacity across our manufacturing facilities. By optimizing roof space and using high-efficiency panels, we were able to generate more power without increasing land use.

2. Upgrading Energy Storage & Efficiency

Solar energy is most effective when it can be stored and used efficiently. To make the most of our increased solar capacity, we introduced advanced energy storage solutions and improved our electrical systems to reduce waste and maximize output.

The Impact

Lower Carbon Footprint – By reducing our dependence on fossil fuels, we are cutting down on harmful emissions and making our operations more eco-friendly.

Cost Savings & Energy Independence – Solar power not only benefits the planet but also helps us reduce energy costs and protect against market fluctuations in electricity prices.

A Stronger Commitment to Sustainability – Increasing our solar energy usage aligns with our broader goal of becoming a more responsible and environmentally conscious manufacturer.

What’s Next?

We're not stopping at 40%. Our goal is to increase this even more in the near future. We are exploring further advancements in energy storage, efficiency improvements, and expanding solar installations to make our operations even greener.
